If you love Smithdown, this house share is perfect for you! This home is located just off the popular Smithdown Road, close to all the bars and restaurants it has to offer! Sefton Park is only round the corner for those summer walks. There are direct bus routes into the city centre as well, perfect for a weekend shopping trip.

Your new home has everything you could think of. The kitchen is spacious and plenty of room for you and your housemates to be able to cook at the same time, plenty of storage for you, there are 2 fridges so no squashing your food shops in and a breakfast bar for those quick and easy meals on the go! There is a large living room perfect for relaxing with 2 large sofas so plenty of room to put your feet up and relax. You have 2 communal bathrooms, making shared living even easier!

You have a little garden at the back of the house, perfect for enjoying the summer months. Parking is easy to find and free on one of the neighbouring streets.

Your room is Cosi and spacious. A double bed to fall onto after a long day at work. You will have a large wardrobe space, a huge chest of draws and underbed storage for all of our belongings to have a place to live.

All bills are included. You even have a cleaner who comes and cleans the communal areas twice a month!

Your new housemates John, Rhys, Ruairi, Michael, Finnian and Brian aged 23-43 are all super sociable and keep the communal areas nice and tidy. They are all super respectful of each other and are excited to get a likeminded housemate to join them!
