Looking for a replacement tenant to take over my modern 20m² studio in Liverpool, One Islington Plaza for the summer period (June–September)[01/06/26 - 04/09/26].

This is a suitable option for students only, as a short-term accommodation in a secure and well-equipped building.

Laundry cost for a normal 60 degree wash, with detergent & softeners automatically supplied is £5

The rent is £170/week (All bills Included) paid directly to the accommodation provider, but I’m offering a £35/week contribution (bringing it to ~£135/ per week). I can put this in writing and either pay part upfront or set up regular weekly transfers so it’s secure and predictable.
