Looking for a replacement tenant to take over my modern 20m² studio in Liverpool, One Islington Plaza for the summer period (June–September).

This is a suitable option for students only, as a short-term accommodation in a secure and well-equipped building.

Laundry cost for a normal 60 degree wash, with detergent & softeners automatically supplied is £5

with dryer on medium heat costing £5.

Offering at £170/week (all bills included),
Tenancy takeover handled fully by accommodation provider- One Islington Plaza

However, I’m offering a £15/week contribution, bringing the effective cost to £155/week, that can be arranged via direct debit or alternative method.
