Looking for a tenant to join the house! :)

A big double room has become available in a detached 5-bedroom house (HMO) ideally situated in Kensington. The house is only a few steps away from the Royal Hospital, approximately 15 minutes away from the University of Liverpool Campus, and 20 minutes away from Lime St Station.

The advertised bedroom is located on the ground floor, and features a desk and chair, a wardrobe, two chests of drawers, a bed-side table, and a standard double bed. It is very bright and airy, with plenty of space for your own/additional furniture.

On top of the five bedrooms, the house also has a garden, a big u-shaped kitchen (with a washing machine), connected to a living/dining room, a downstairs bathroom with a shower box, an upstairs bathroom with both a shower box and a bathtub, and a drying room (equipped with racks and a modern tumble dryer).

We are prioritising interest coming from female tenants but are open to male tenants as well. The new person will join the four existing tenants - two Chinese males and one female, and an Italian male. We are all very quiet, tidy, and respectful of each other's space, and we are looking for someone like-minded, who is not going to be noisy or cause disruption at any time. We have a cleaning rota for the common areas and expect the new person to contribute to it.
