Hello, we're renting out a double room in our shared house just off of Smithdown road. Current housemates are 28 and 30yo doctors and we're looking for another young professional/phd student to move in.

The house is on Titherington Way (just off Smithtown road) and has 3 bedrooms; 3 bathrooms (toilet + sink ground floor, bathroom first floor, ensuite with second floor bedroom); living room; kitchen; garden; parking spaces for 2 cars.

The room going is on the first floor with a shared bathroom. Rent is £375/month (bills not included).

It's a 10 min walk from Sefton Park and a 15 minute cycle into the city centre.

Ideally looking for easygoing, sociable young professionals who are clean & tidy. Big plus if you're into cooking.

We like live music/getting outdoors/cinema and both work full time with occasional weird shift patterns.
