- Alternatively, the room can be left completely unfurnished if preferred
Current flatmate:
You’ll be living with Charlotte (30), who works in the theatre industry as a Stage Manager and often travels for work. She is currently working away until 14th June, so it’s unlikely you’ll meet in person before moving in, but we’re very happy to arrange a FaceTime or phone call beforehand.
Tenancy details:

- I’ll be moving out at the end of May
- New contract will fall under the new tenancy act
- No maximum letting period 2 months’ notice required
