Looking to find two new lodgers. The house is furnished, has a washing machine, has a small balcony overlooking the marina and a small terrace area on the quayside. Both bedrooms are double rooms, one is en-suite and the other has a bathroom next to it. There is also a shower room on the ground floor. The bigger en-suite bedroom is £700 per month including bills, and for the smaller one is £500. The surrounding area is very quiet with no passing traffic. There is one private off-road parking space for the house, and other parking is available.

The landlord is live-in but only for a couple of days a month when in Liverpool.
