A study desk and if you own a vehicle, there is free parking at the front of the building for the accomodation only. Short walking distance to stores like Lidl, Sainsbury's, home bargains and bnm. There is a gym, parks close by and the city centre is a 20 minute walk away. The building has a gym on site also and a smoking area at the back of the building.

This room is part of a 7 bed flat. I am currently the only one who has booked on for this flat for the next academic year and therefore there is room for your friends to also book and live in the same flat as you. I am moving elsewhere due to wanting to stay with friends and need someone to replace my tenancy that starts on 2nd September.
