The house is large and warm, recently purchased, so I'm gradually getting it sorted out. I'm working on it as time allows.

A high-quality drinking water filter, which, once cleaned, also mineralizes the water (this saves a lot on drinking water; instead of buying plastic bottles, you have your own glass one—no need to lug around "kilograms" of plastic water from the supermarket).

Access to a printer (laser, black and white). A smartbox (a type of parcel locker) in front of your house (you have peace of mind knowing your parcel will arrive no matter what you order).
