Gorgeous basement room with En suite bathroom, 3 storage units for clothes etc, desk and double bed!! Has a little garden bit with seating outside the door (i have videos which show it better just message me:))

Such a spacious room, my housemate has a new job so is moving out.
There is a driveway round the back and off street parking in the front. Shared kitchen/ living room.

I’m a 4th year student, in my penultimate year in med school, who also works so would prefer a post grad/ young working professional.
Council tax is Band B (and you get a discount too as I’m a student!!).

Looking for someone easygoing, respectful and clean. It’d be great to meet beforehand so we can get to know each other a bit and make sure the vibe is right for both of us.

Local area is lovely, a 5 min walk to Lark lane and 10 mins to Sefton Park. Close to 82, 699, 86, 75 bus routes and many more and a quick 10-15 min bus ride into the city centre!
