Description

I am a professional female aged 25. I’m looking for another to share a flat just off the Strand, and directly opposite the Liver Building. It is a 2-bed flat, and it’s available for moving in from around 1 July 2026 (there’s a lot of flexibility with this).

I work as a solicitor and I’ll generally work from home 2 days a week (usually Tuesdays and Fridays) in the office the other 3, but I’m also not really here a lot of weekends as I spend a lot of my time in and around Sefton Park/ Lark lane. I’m very sociable and love a good pub trip, but equally I enjoy my own space - I’m looking for a likeminded girl to move in and hopefully hang out with :)

The room is lovely with a double bed, a desk, a nightstand, and a wardrobe. There is also a large bathroom which, whilst it is not an ensuite, would be exclusively yours. There’s 24/7 concierge service, and I believe there are parking spaces available for sale also.

Happy with short term/ long term subtenancies, just let me know your preference!

Please apply with a photo and a bit about yourself x
