Tenancy takeover in double room

Hey, I have a room available in Liverpool in a flatshare with one male and two females. I have had a change of circumstances and no longer require the room. The flat has just been completely renovated and you would be the first people to live in this newly renovated flat. All three flatmates are Master's students at the University of Liverpool. There are two bathrooms, meaning you would share with one person. The flat is an upstairs flat with the kitchen at the top, including a washing machine/dryer. The kitchen/living room is super spacious with a TV, couch and table. The rent is 520 pounds per month including all utilities. The flat is about a 15 minute walk to UoL.
