I am looking for a flatmate to take over my current flatmate when she moves out at the end of August.
Located in between the Royal and Women’s hospital. 20 ish minute walk from town. Free permit parking and some allocated parking spots available.
Currently rent is £500/month each including council tax but I suspect this may increase slightly around the time of contract changes but hopefully not by much. Bills are approx £50/month each.
