An unfurnished spare room in a two-bedroom flat, which has a well-furnished and cosy living space.
The flat is a five minute walk from Brunswick train station and the 500 bus stop, with other buses available on Park Road a ten to fifteen minute walk away, where there are also several supermarkets. There is also a gym nearby and the waterfront. A great location in relation to the city centre and the Baltic Triangle area.
It’s a quiet and safe area, with parking available inside the complex, outdoors and under shelter. There is also bike storage in a padlocked shed within the complex.
You’ll be living with a non-binary person, assigned female at birth. I would love to have a flatmate who also identifies as LGBTQ+ or is a woman. I prefer someone who doesn’t smoke or vape, or is happy to do this outside. I’d like to live with someone who’s clean, tidy, responsible and reliable who will pay bills on time, who’s friendly and has good communication skills.
You can expect a quiet and calm space to live in, lots of cooking and baking, nice chats and cosy vibes (especially in autumn). I am a young professional teaching English as my current job, and like to do lots of creative hobbies.
