Room available to rent just off Princes Ave

Hey! I’m looking for someone to takeover our friend’s tenancy as she has dropped out. We are looking for another student or young professional.

It’s a 4 bed, 2 bath and shared living room / kitchen house in a residential area just off of Princes Avenue so it’s quiet but has lots of transport links. The room available has a double bed and lots of room for storage.

Rent is £520 pcm but can also be paid in instalments that line up with your student loan if you are in university.

Currently living here is 2 23 year olds and a 21 year old in our 3rd and 2nd years of uni. We all enjoy going out but not often so no worry about noise. Everyone is tidy and respectful of each other’s things.
