Double room in l6 next to newsham park 🍃

I have a double room coming up in my house that I have recently purchased and turned into a home. 🎶 🍷 ✨ 💤

The room is a double with drawers, dresser and built in wardrobe with lots of other space around the house for you to use (loft space, under the stairs), there are two toilets/shower rooms in the house aswell so no worries about the morning before work bathroom scramble. The room is currently a pinkish colour (I accidentally bought pinkish instead of white) but you are absolutely welcome to paint the room to your taste once you’ve settled in- I know how crap it is living in sharehouses and not being able to put your own stamp onto your living space so I want who ever takes the room to not have to worry about this!!

The house is in L6 - a stones throw away from newsham park which has been glorious over the summer. There is also a bus stop two minutes away with regular buses to town, aigburth and smithdown/allerton. Alternatively town is just a 10/15 min bike ride away. Theres plenty of food shops nearby and l7 village market is about a 20 min walk away/10 min cycle. Theres also few gyms nearby and there is also a really great record shop a few mins down the road aswell.

About the house: it’s a two bed with a lounge and dining room, 2x bathrooms. And a small but well kitted out kitchen (air fryer/ninja multi cooker, coffee machine, wine etc). I have created a lovely back yard area with a patio table and chairs and currently have a lot of empty plant pots at the front of back so if you’re into your gardening that would be a plus++!

I work shifts, and often on my free weekends I’ll be out having a boogy into the night somewhere, eating out at my fave independent eatery’s or visiting friends that are scattered around. In the house I’m either cooking, reading, or dancing around to something jazzy/housey. I’m quite an early riser so if you’re someone doesn’t wake up until midday this might not be the place for you.

I’m beggining to fill the home with lots of accessories, lots of art, a stacked book shelving unit, a groovy vinyl selection and plants- you’ll be welcome to contribute! Music There is onstreet parking available via a permit through the council.

I’m looking for someone who is looking for a home to live in, not someone who is going to a be a house ghost and will contribute to making the place a really enjoyable place to come back to. Must be house trained, I’m not a cleanfreak. But I would like someone who’s going to be respectful towards the house and show pride in where you live ie not bins over flowing, seperate your recycling, no mouldy cups in your bedroom from three weeks ago or leaving your smelly damp clothes around the house plz.

The room will be available some time in October but can be taken earlier if you don’t mind a few ugly corners I haven’t gotten round to straightening out💕

Council tax band a - all bills included in price, would be small increase for work from homers.
