Flatmate wanted

Looking for a flatmate to move into my lovely flat as my current flatmate plans to move out before the end of the year. We are flexible on move in date. The flat is spacious, cheap and well located. It is mostly furnished in the shared kitchen and lounge besides some things my flatmate will take with her. My current flatmate is happy to leave some of her furniture and work out a deal if you don’t already have room furniture.
Hoping for someone who likes to be social, and is clean and respectful. Currently living with one of my best friends and would love to live with someone who would like to go out for daytime activities, drinks, coffee or nights in.
