Double en-suite room for rent

I’m Chloe and I’m 27 and a full-time working professional. I lead a busy life following shift work. Outside of work I enjoy keeping active and socialising! I have been in Liverpool for 5 years and currently it is just me and my cat Freddie living at the address. Freddie is very friendly and is an active, playful boy who loves attention! But that does mean I wouldn’t allow any further pets to move in sadly.

I am looking to rent out my spare room in my flat. The flat is spacious and located near to Sefton park and Lark Lane (about a 5 minute drive, 40 minute walk). There are good links to the city with the Merseyrail and regular buses a 10 minute walk away. Train links to Manchester are also a 20 minute walk away! There is also off street parking available and a secure bike storage shed. The room I’m renting is a large double with en suit and would come fully furnished with an otterman bed for extra storage. The communal space consists of a hallway and large living room/ kitchen area.

The room would be £625pcm – all bills included.
