En-suite room available immediately at Prospect Point, Moira Street, Liverpool, L6 1BA, a purpose-built student building managed by Now Student Living.

I booked this room but my plans changed, so I'm looking for someone to take over the booking for the rest of the academic year.

Room type: Bronze En Suite (private bedroom with your own bathroom)
Available: now, until 27 August 2027
Rent: about £129 per week, the same rate as the original booking
Utilities included: heating, lighting, water and power (fair use), plus building and contents insurance
Shared kitchen and common areas with other students
Staffed building with on-site reception and maintenance

Who can apply: full-time registered students only, as required by the building. You must not already live in Now Student Living accommodation.

How it works: you book directly with Now Student Living and get your own contract with them, so you pay nothing to me. I'll put you in touch and confirm your details with them so the room is allocated to you.
