The house is close to bus routes (2 minutes' walk to the bus stops on Croxteth Road), about 10 minutes by bus to the city centre/University/Royal Liverpool Hospital. Allerton Road (lots of bars and restaurants) is less than ten minutes away by bus if you don't fancy going into town, and it's about 10-15 minutes' walk to Edge Hill station. Lark Lane isn't far either.
