This is a lovely house, completely updated and refurbished a few years ago and well maintained since. The road is very quiet as there's no through traffic, and you can easily park outside. It's on the edge of Wavertree - close to Smithdown Road and to Sefton Park/Princes Park (5 minutes walk).

Each bedroom has a small double bed, wardrobe, bedside unit and chest of drawers. There's a big sofa and arm chair, TV etc. in the sitting room, and the kitchen has all new appliances with a big fridge and separate freezer, and lots of cupboard space. The house is centrally heated and warm. All bills are included, and there's Virgin media and super fast unlimited fibre optic broadband. There's a yard at the back with outdoor table and chairs. There's an award-winning local supermarket at the end of the road, and a few restaurants, takeaways etc. Asda/Aldi are 5-10 mins.' walk away. The house is close to bus routes (2 minutes' walk to the bus stops on Croxteth Road), about 10 minutes by bus to the city centre/University/Royal Liverpool Hospital. Allerton Road (lots of bars and restaurants) is less than ten minutes away by bus if you don't fancy going into town, and it's about 10-15 minutes' walk to Edge Hill station. Lark Lane isn't far either.

The house is well looked after and repairs are done promptly. Landlord licensed with Liverpool City Council.
