Alderson Road

Alderson Road is in the Wavertree area of Liverpool, opposite a large Asda store and only 20 minutes walk from the city centre! Or, the bus runs along the Smithdown road, right at the end of Alderson road and only a 30 second walk from the house!
This semi-detached house will shared with 3 other male students (second year). The house is well furnished, with spacious kitchen and reception areas. The bathroom has recently been refurbished so is in luxury condition!
Rent is £68 per week, including rates! (However sky tv, internet etc will need to be covered by flatmates). The summer months (July and August) are only half rent also!
The room has a double bed and is of a good size, like all of the rooms in the house! The letting agency is 'rooms4u' and contracts will be signed with them.
