Double furnished room in house shared with 1 other

Hi I have a lovely furnished double room available in a house with only 1 other person sharing

I have a lovely large lounge and seperate open plan large diner/kitchen.

There is a nice yard at the back and the street is really quiet and friendly with on street parking.

I am looking for someone who will be respectful, clean and tidy and who is looking to share with a professional so not mad parties etc.

I would be looking at rent of 375 per month inc all bills,
