It has a kingsize bed and lovely views towards Sefton Park. Easy access into Liverpool city centre, plenty of bus routes, off road parking, gardens to front and rear.
I am the live in landlord but work away in London 3 days a week my flatmate also works fulltime.
I have a small very friendly dog who stays with dogwalker while I'm away. Wifi, SKY TV and all bills included. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living area's.
I'm very easy going and the apartment is very spacious and peaceful. I live very near to Lark Lane with all its ameneties bars and restaurants.
