2 rooms for rent in a large 4 bedroomed house with 3 reception rooms downstairs. Situated near the Bluecoat School, it's 2 min walk to Penny Lane/Allerton Rd and the bus routes to town. I'm looking to rent 2 big double-rooms upstairs at the back of the house, preferably to the same person. One is furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and 2 wardrobes. The other is a big double room with shelving space, a sofa and a TV and DVD player which would act as your separate living room or study. Included in the price is council tax, water, gas & electricity, free wifi, landline (incoming calls only), TV licence, access to all the amenities (kitchen, iron, washing machine etc) and a shared dining room. On-road parking is always available and there is a yard at the back of the property.

About me...I like my own space but am equally friendly and sociable. I'm out all day and usually a lot in the evenings too as I tend to see friends or go out after work. I'm pretty tidy.
