Spare Room In 4 Bed House Liverpool

Hey we are 3 students aged between 20-24 studying business related degrees. We enjoy going out and having a good time but we do make time for work and would respect other peoples lifestyles and daily routines etc. Looking for a roommate who is easy going, fun, sociable but also respects others and enjoys the odd movie night! Preferably in a similar situation and age to ourselves, to fill our spare room in our 4 bed house in Liverpool .Here are some details about the house:

-Near to various bus stops
-10 minute walk to the hospital(The Royal)
-All bedrooms have double beds
-All bedrooms fully furnished
-All medium-large bedrooms
-Rent £75 a week
-Separate kitchen/dining room and living room
-Very Large kitchen
-Small yard to the back of the house
-All Bills Included
-House being fully renovated to be finished end of May/1st June

*Renovation will include :
-An extra toilet(downstairs)
-A large flat screen Tv in Living room
-All rooms being repainted, re carpeted and will have all new furnishings
