I'm a tenant in this household which I share with 3 other students from JMU, Uni of Liverpool and Hope.
It will be available July and August at ã200 per month, I pay ã350.
The house is a modern home that has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a shared living room and kitchen. The room that I am advertising has a double bed along with a desk, bookcase and wardrobe. Bills are included in the rent.
As my other housemates are still living in the property over summer I'd hope that whoever lives in would be respectful towards them.
The house is on a private street with parking available outside. With a bus stop at the top of the street.
