Sharing with two professional males, this furnished double room is available, in a clean and tidy house, on a quiet, tree-lined street. It's a mile from Liverpool One and a 5 minute walk to The Baltic Triangle. Sefton Park is a 15 minute walk in the other direction.

Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. Close to local newsagent and large Tesco. Excellent Chinese/Chippy and off-license at bottom of road.

All bills included. Up to 100MB WiFi.

Any demographic considered. Prefer someone clean and tidy, sociable but with a respect for other flatmate's sleeping patterns.

One flatmate DOES smoke, but does so in the garden.
