Myself and my partner both work in the entertainment industry.
We have a very large double attic room with private en-suite. The attic room has a private staircase leading up to it, and a wonderful view over the park.
The whole property has recently been completely refurbished and is ultra modern, benefiting from brand new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring etc.
The room is furnished although you are welcome to bring any extra furniture you may need.
All bills are included, this includes broadband internet.
We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy and easy going.
The property is a short 20 minute journey from Liverpool city centre and a few minutes from Ormskirk. It is also walking distance from all local shops, bars, gym etc.
