Room available in spacious house L17 :)

Looking for a professional 28yo + to move in to my house off Aigburth Road. Rent includes all bills, including internet. The rooms are all of a decent size and it is nicely decorated and comfortable, I think it is a lovely place to live :). There is also a small outdoors area where you could sit outside if it was sunny.

The area is quiet at night, however it is only 10 mins on the bus to town, and the train station is a 15 minute walk away. It is also walking distance to lark lane where there are some great bars/restaurants. There are numerous shops nearby and parking space is available on the street.

It is important to me that my housemates are clean and tidy things away after use in communal areas. Non-smokers only please.

I also have a small dog so the person must like dogs! He is very cute though!

The room is an attic room and en suite. As you can see it is very large. Drawers, wardrobe, bed side table and bed come with it.
