Brand new house

I have 2 double rooms to rent out in a brand new house 5 minitue walk to the city centre! I'm a young proffesional who works 8-5 mon-fri and is looking to rent out the rooms in my house. I'm very sociable and go out to town most weekends, however, this is a brand new house I would like to keep it looking nice. So looking for a similar people who are friendly, down to earth but would like to go to other peoples houses for an after party. The rooms are a good size with a large bathroom to share between the 2 rooms.
