The room itself is a large double bedroom fully furnished.
The rent is 330 a month and that includes EVERYTHING, gas, elec, broadband, tv, water etc etc
Minimum 6 month contract.
A bit about us: We are two very friendly young Irish female professionals who enjoy socialising and going out for the odd drink at the weekend. Looking for a smiliar female.
