Double room in a 3 bed terrace with pets

Lovely 3 bedroom house that is lived in by myself with my Siberian Husky and cat. I'm a 26 year old female professional working in one of the local hospitals. I would be happy with either another female professional or female student.

The house is a short walk from Wavertree tech park train station and local bus stops, so easy to get into town. Short walk from several parks and Wavertree aquatic centre.

To the ground floor there is a lounge and dining room, modern kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer and a modern bathroom is also downstairs. I have a piano which can be used if you know how to play. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, one being the dog's room. The available room has a double bed, a double wardrobe, a book case and a desk. The room is decorated in magnolia and lilac, but that can change.

Outside is a small yard with a shed. There is also some on street parking at the front.

Bills are included except any calls made on the landline. I have wireless fibre optic broadband available to use.
