The flat is well situated with plenty of nearby shops & amenities. The Wavertree Technology Park train station is a 15min walk away, and the flat is a 30min walk/10min bike ride from UoL campus, or about 20-30mins on the bus.

Students and non-students both welcome, though please bear in mind council tax is not included in the rent if you aren't a student (2 current tenants are non-students so the total fee would be split with them, and should work out at approximately £30 a month).
