Room available in Smithdown Area

The house is off smithdown road, it is a short walk from asda and is right across the road from the bus stop to Liverpool Hope University. The landlord of the house owns a convenience store around the corner which is handy if anything is needed. The house is a five bedroom house, 4 of which are already occupied. 4 bedrooms are located upstairs (including the room that is vacant) and one downstairs. We have two bathrooms, one upstairs with a bath/shower and one downstairs with a shower. The house is being refurbished over this coming summer including new carpet throughout and a brand new kitchen. The house is much bigger than any regular student house, we have a good sized living room and kitchen area.

Currently, the rent is at £55 a week per person (not including bills). However, we aim to include bills within the rent starting July 2014.

All of the current tenants attend Liverpool Hope, we are all going into our third year & are between the ages of 20-21.
