We have a one single bedroom that is available to rent! The property is based on Smithdown Road, with amenities such as ASDA and bus stops for the 699 bus to the university close by.
The house is bright and modern, boasting a large living room and kitchen. The bills are not included in the property, however we do not expect that these will exceed £5 per week including broadband. The furniture will all be brand new, and you have the choice of which furniture you would like prior to moving in!
We are all kind and easy-going individuals, and enjoy a night out in Liverpool but are also quiet happy with a relaxing night in! Cleanliness is not a requirement but it would be appreciated, just cleaning up after yourself would be great!
