Description
We’re looking for 3 more mature people to share this house. Current tenants are 30+ so suitable for a relaxed person to join in like a family home.
This is not a party house. As a live in landlord only want to live with quiet sensible sharing people. We all work different hours and must be respectful of each other.
I am only here around 4 nights a week so not watching over you. I stay in my room most of the time.
Communal areas cleaned weekly. Although you also need to do your part of course
