Room to let in pleasant quiet household. Spacious comfortable and light room with double bed. Letting for monday to fridays only so ideal for commuter. I am a professional woman who sometimes works from home. I am vegan and would prefer someone who is at least vegetarian. I also share my house with my cat Nellie. I am looking for someone who is considerate and friendly and just needs somehwere to put their head down on week nights. I am happy for you to use the kitchen and to share the two lounges and of course the bathroom. The house is centrally heated and has a traditional wood-burning fireplace in the front room. In the bathroom there is a shower as well as bath. The house is located just off the Smithdown Rd, very near to Greenbank Park, The Mystery and Sefton park, as well as Wavertree Sports centre. There is a very good bus service with bus stops nearby. The house is also in easy distance of the many takeaways, bars and restaurants on Smithdown and Allerton Rds.
