3 bedroom house, situated in Kensington on Leopold road. The rooms are all double and spacious, two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. This house also has two bathrooms, a small backyard and a comfortable sized kitchen and lounge. All bills are included for £85 a week on a cap with the contract starting on the 01/07/14 for a year. The house will be shared with two females, 19, studying at John Moores going into their third year and looking for one more person to share the house with.
