I have small double room with separate available to let in a town house situated in L4, 3 miles from the city centre. The house is close to public transport links and all amenities.

The room is in good condition and fully furnished including double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and fridge. The room also has it's own wash basin.
The separate bathroom comprises of shower, WC and wash basin. The bathroom is locked and shared with one other room.

There is a large kitchen which is shared with only two other rooms. There is plenty of storage cupboards, work space and cooking facilities. There is also a coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer.

This house is for professionals preferably.

The rent is inclusive of all bills and broadband. The communal areas are cleaned by a professional cleaner.

There are no other fees.
