We have two rooms available in our house in the Penny Lane area, one attic room and one ground floor room. We have a pretty quiet, relaxed household and are looking for a postgraduate, mature student or professional who is looking for relatively long term accommodation.

Currently living here is a professional in marketing, a professional in events management and a phd student who works from home (2 females one male. )

The house is a 15 min bus ride to the city centre and is close to shops and amenities. Rent is 260 pcm not including bills or council tax.
