The house is situated on Molyneux road.
Very close walk to day to day essentials, Shops, Cleaners, chip shops.

If you are students the house is a 15 minute (20 minute Max) walk to all universities.

There are buses which are at your door step that take you in and out to town .

The house is fully carpeted and kept very clean by current four girls.

There is four bedrooms, 3 good sized double rooms and 1 good size single room (This room can have a double bed if requested)

Bills which are paid for are TV licence and the internet.
Water, gas and electricity can be shared among the tenants in the house and who uses these. They are usually very manageable and cheap and can be paid termly, monthly or weekly. Which ever you prefer.

The bathroom has been refurbished and the house also comes fully furnished with kitchen appliances and many more.
