Due to my flatmate moving out of Liverpool end of May i have a spare double room ,furnished and ready to let out.
The rent would be 400 pcm all bills included. Water.. C. tax ..electric. wifi
I would prefer a professional female flat mate who id get along with. I work full time so I'm barely home. When I am, I like to chill out relax ,listen to music and watch shows =]
I'm really easy to get along with as long as you are clean, respectful and responsible. I'm over my wild party days as most days I have work so I wouldn't appreciate having a roommate who thinks they can just throw parties in middle of the night. However I don't mind if you want to have friends over or if you have a boyfriend staying over ect. As i have a boyfriend who stays over most of the nights.
