Rooms available in house on Stevenson Street Liverpool, Wavertree, off Picton Road. Nearest bus stops are 60 and 79. Kitchen (with washing machine and kitchen utensils, pots pans, plates etc) and bathroom newly refurbished. Living room newly decorated. Some work is still being done on the house. Wifi, Virgin TV and house phone (can receive calls but not make them.)House is furnished.
Three rooms are currently available. A small single room is available with single bed for £240 a month all bills included and a larger room is available with double bed for £300 all bills included. Finally a loft room with single bed for £260 a month is available. (the loft room has a very low ceiling- I would advise being 5 foot4 or below for this room)

This is currently one male housemate who works and is hardly every in the property as we works away on markets.

Housemates preferred can be male or female, preferably non-smokers.
