1 single room in Great House

We have one room available in our lovely friendly house. Although its a 'single' room it does have a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and is a lovely bright comfy room.

The rooms are comfortable and well furnished and the house is in a great area. Close to shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and bus stops.

The rent is inclusive of Council Tax and Broadband, and all other bills are shared between 4, on average, £30 per month so not bad at all. We also have a cleaner for the communal areas fortnightly.

We are 1 girl and 2 guys, busy working, but chilled out, friendly people who like to keep a clean, comfy house, ...so if this seems right for you, give us a call.
