Room available in dock area of Liverpool Centre

i have a 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom available from 30th of January , as current housemate is moving back home due to work commitments. Apartment is very spacious and has balcony overlooking Waterloo quay
Area is quiet
Rent and bills are a total of £500 a month, this includes all utility/council tax bills and broadband.
There is a visitor car park to which there is a parking permit for.
I am a 32 year old female who works Monday-Friday. I like socialising with friends, yoga, music and sewing.

I would like someone who is friendly, clean and tidy, and up for having dinner together sometimes or a glass of wine.
