Description
We are two young professionals and one mature student living in Wellington Road near Smithdown Road. I was a musician before changing to Medicine. I bought this house a few years ago since I'm here for quite a few years and Spareroom has worked really well for us all the past few years. We are looking for another two people to join our house this year as two of our housemates are moving out due to their jobs/partners!
We're a pretty easy going house. Sam and I know each other from Manchester Uni and she works with the Canal and River Trust on the Wirral. Phoebe works as an architect in town. We all like our music and often chill in the living area, have house meals and film nights to unwind and are looking for another person with a similar living lifestyle who want to join a friendly home. We're all out 9-5 most weekdays.
The house is a brand new build opposite Liverpool Aquatics Centre and Wavertree Park, 5 minutes walk from the big ASDA on Smithdown road, 10 minutes walk from Wavertree Technology Park (for Lime Street is 10 minute commute, and connections to Manchester and Liverpool Airport) and a 15/20 minute cycle/bus into town. Sefton Park and Lark Lane, a trendy hangout with bars and restaurants, is also close by.
The rooms available are two large double bedrooms on the first floor. They are furnished with brand new furniture; desk, leather chair, bedside table, triple-door wardrobe and chest of drawers. The rest of the house has three toilets, two shiny bathrooms (one of which has a bath, both have separate power shower cubicles) and one big open plan fitted kitchen/living room with large sofas and a TV - all brand new!
