Double room in a house with pets

I'm looking for a housemate/lodger, preferably female. I have a furnished double room available in Wavertree in a 3 bed terrace, close to the train station so easy to get into the city centre.
You'd be sharing with me, my two huskies and my cat. I'm 26 and work as a nurse in one of the local hospitals. I'm quite quiet but fun to be around.

There is fibre optic wireless broadband in the house, a lounge, dining room, modern kitchen and bathroom downstairs. I have a washing machine and tumble dryer, bath and shower. Upstairs are three bedrooms, the third room is used for the dogs/storage. Also for any budding musicians I have a piano which may be used if you know how to play or are wanting to learn.
The available room has a double bed, mattress, wardrobe, bedside table, bookcase, desk and chair.
There is also a yard outside with a shed, table and chairs and BBQ.
I am near a train track but the trains aren't that noticeable to be honest unless you're outside, the street is quiet one way with lovely neighbours. There is on street parking but you can't guarantee to always get a spot directly outside the house.
All bills are included except phone calls made on the landline.
