Double room to rent

We are a couple who have just got our own house looking to rent one of our rooms out. The house is in kirkdale with a bus stop right outside the house for easy access to the centre/universities. Ideally someone who likes dogs (we have a 1 year old labrador) who is friendly, clean and tidy. I'm a first year vet student and my other half will be doing a pgce at some point :). Room will be fully furnished with desk curtains etc. Sky tv and broadband is included. There are three toilets/bathrooms in the property. One bath and one shower (we are having a shower put over the bath at some point).
