House is located off SMITHDOWN ROAD. Great location for all universities in that area.
All rooms are fully furnished with a DOUBLE bed, wardrobe and desk.
Living room includes TV and sofas.
Kitchen includes oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer etc.
2 Bathrooms. 1 with shower and toilet, other with bath, shower and toilet. One bathroom will be for males and another for females.
£60 a week, bills are not included and will have to be worked out between us.
House has 2 males and 3 females. All students of the University of Liverpool.
Advertising as flatmate has dropped out. First payment will be 1/10/14 as old flatmate will pay august payment. That means for 2 months you will only have to pay for the extra bills. Internet is already included in the house.

A meet up will be required before and we can arrange with our landlord if you wish to view the house.
