Description
MODERN FLAT IN PRIME LOCATION NEAR UNIVERSITY AND HOSPITAL (£420pcm rent includes all bills) AVAILABLE 12/7/14
Hi, my name is Ravi and I'm a 35 year old laboratory technician. I'm looking for someone to replace my current housemate who is moving out.
The flat is smart and spacious and has two bedrooms, a bathroom and kitchen/living room. The room itself comes with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers with storage around the flat. All windows are double glazed and are lockable. There are two main communal areas, these being the bathroom (excellent shower and a bath if you are feeling the need to pamper yourself!) and a sizeable open plan kitchen/living room. The kitchen has an electric cooker, washer/dryer, microwave, a fridge/freezer and plenty of cupboard space
In addition, we have a fast wireless internet connection, land line, a fairly large telly and a DVD player
The flat is situated in a prime location, around 15 minutes walk from the University of Liverpool Campus, less than five minutes from the Woman's hospital and around 30-40 minutes walk from the city centre. The flat is securely located within a gated development with an allocated car park space with in the grounds. The flat is well served by the reliable number 76 bus, which picks up right outside the flat and travels directly to Liverpool 1 in 15-20 minutes. It is well located, it being a short walk to many local shops, take always and restaurants.
Just a bit about me, I'm originally from Aberdeen and I came down here to study. That was 13 years ago! I now work as a laboratory technician. I'm a fairly clean person and very easy to live with. Interests include having nights out, nice food, music and cinema.
The flat would suit a professional, (I am happy to consider students, but this flat is liable for council tax and the successful tenant will have to pay half the council tax, which has already been accounted for in the monthly rent), and am happy to consider male or female.
As the landlord favours a working professional, I am afraid no DHSS applicants can be considered.
Final note, no agents please!!!
Many thanks!
