Double room, gorgeous flat and friendly flatmate

Easy-going, fun and friendly female professional looking for someone to share a fully furnished modern flat situated within the City Quay development close to the city.

The flat has a lovely atmosphere, it is light, cosy and warm and cheap to run (we rarely have to put the heating on). The room is a generous double and is furnished to a really high standard. The rest of the flat comprises of one other bedroom, bathroom and open plan living room/kitchen. The flat is fully kitted out with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and also includes kitchen utensils. We have Sky TV, broadband and phone installed.

City Quay is situated ideally for the city, being just a few minutes' walk from Brunswick station (1 stop from Central). It is a really attractive, quiet and secure complex with ample parking, so no stress over where to put your car!

The friendly flatmate(me!) is very normal, I work hard during the week (I am a secondary school teacher) so quiet weekday nights are the way forward. Otherwise I like eating and drinking out, meeting up with friends and staying in watching TV and drinking wine! Ideally, I am looking for a friendly sociable flatmate who would be up for chilling out in front of the TV or going out for a couple of drinks sometimes. I would want someone who is considerate of the person sharing the flat, respects their space and will keep the shared areas clean and tidy- although I'm not a neat freak! Basically, someone who will treat the flat like a little home rather than just a flat share.

You really have to come and look at the flat to appreciate how nice it is - it is a much better standard than a lot of the other flat shares round South Liverpool for the same price.
